TV Producers Looking for Area Families to Appear in Travel Specials
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 7, 2007 -- Producers at Screen Door Entertainment are looking for families from the northern United States who are planning to vacation in the Orlando, Florida area in mid to late January, 2008 and who are interested in appearing on a television special to be aired on the Fine Living Network. The families will be shown experiencing some of the many attractions that the Orlando area offers including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and more. The producers will provide lodging at a resort property, park admissions and other incentives for each family chosen to participate in the special.
"This is a great opportunity for a family to add a unique twist to their vacation," said Joel Rizor, Executive Producer of the project. "They don't even need to bring the home video camera since we'll be documenting their adventures. Their friends and relatives can watch them on national television."
According to Mr. Rizor, the producers are specifically seeking three types of families: a family with younger children aged 5 to 10, a family with older children aged 11 to 16, and a couple of any age vacationing without children. They are looking for families from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Families must provide their own air and ground transportation to and from Orlando.
Interested families should email a recent photo along with a brief paragraph that tells a little about them and mentions the area where they live to orlando @ sdetv.com. The producers will not accept any phone calls or letters.
The specials are scheduled to air in late March on the Fine Living Network. Screen Door Entertainment is a Los Angeles based production company that specializes in reality, travel, and lifestyle programming.
