Nursing Partners Inc. Selects Clearview's TSS: Advanced Travel to Manage its Per Diem and Travel Nurse Staffing Business
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 26, 2007 -- Nursing Partners Inc. selects Clearview's TSS: Advanced Travel to manage its per diem and travel nurse staffing business.
Nursing Partners, Inc. selected Clearview's TSS: Advanced Travel staffing software to manage its healthcare staffing business. Darin Meeks, NPI's chief financial officer, noted the thorough and efficient way TSS tracks staffing activity and business metrics as his primary reason for choosing TSS.
"TSS does everything we want it to do and more," Meeks said.
Primarily, Meeks seems interested in how much less paperwork his staff will do as a result of implementing TSS. The software is a web-based product that allows agencies to accomplish recruiting, staffing, payroll and billing tasks all online in one software solution.
"Anyone at anytime can look and see what's been done and what hasn't been done," Meeks said. He added that the single solution will also help his staffers get the right information to the right people at the right time, and help him feel secure everything is accomplished. "When all of the information is in the system, you don't have to worry about what's getting done."
From an executive standpoint, Meeks likes the Reporting features of TSS. He said that all of the information that is required for their annual audits can be accessed in TSS Reports. "Instead of spending a whole day making spreadsheets and gathering information, I'll only spend a couple of hours preparing for the audits," Meeks said.
Meeks was introduced to Clearview Staffing Software and its products at a staffing conference. "We visited with other staffing companies, but the Clearview reps provided more detail about their products than the other companies," Meeks said. He added that is was important to actually see what the software could do as opposed to simply hearing a sales pitch.
"We had three separate discussions with Nursing Partners before beginning the implementation process," said Jamey Derryberry, account executive with Clearview Staffing Software. "We initially talked with Darin at the Healthcare Staffing Summit, then did a live demo and had a separate conversation regarding integrating their financial software with TSS." Derryberry added that Clearview likes to provide potential customers with live demonstrations over the Internet so that they can see first-hand how TSS performs.
Nursing Partners, Inc. has started their implementation process with Clearview and will be receiving personalized training sessions next week. The company plans to go live with TSS on June 1, 2007.
